We also know the frustration of trying to keep grout in foot traffic areas clean and looking like the lighter grout along walls and otherwise outside of foot traffic areas. \n* Commercial carpet cleaning.\n* We also specialize in sealing or coating tile and grout and vinyl floors after deep cleaning to restore gloss/shine and to minimize maintenance cleaning. We have some coatings that last 3 to 5 years (may last longer) without appreciable loss of gloss during that timeframe. These coatings are ready for foot traffic within 4 hours of application.
