Job summary \n\nIm looking for a Cleaner to take care of our homes, appartments and studios and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.\n\nThe goal is to be mindful in a clean and orderly condition.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nClean, stock and supply designated in home areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)\nPerform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities\n\nCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects\nMust be able to carry 25 to 120 pounds\n\nNotify me of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs\n\nCooperate with the rest of the staff with friendliness \n\nFollow all health and safety regulations
