Including but not limited to: Janitorial Services, Medical Office Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Ceramic Tile Cleaning, Tile stripping & refinishing, Natural Stone maintenance, Pressure Washing, Kitchen Cleaning, Water and Fire Damage Restoration and more. The Cabrera family got its start in 1991 servicing the hospitality and residential sector in upholstery and drapery cleaning. We began cleaning some of the most challenging fabrics and textiles amazing our customers to the point of requesting other related cleaning services. Our start into the janitorial business was initiated by one our clients encouraging us to bid on janitorial services for one of their buildings. We bid and won our first janitorial account located 60 miles from our business. Since 1994 our company still continues to service this site. Our perseverance to delight customers was the key to customer retention. This was also the beginning of servicing multiple sites in larger regional areas.\n\nOur franchise relationship with ServiceMaster was established in 1995 in the disaster recovery business and janitorial services.
