The Rotovac Powerwand was designed by Cliff Monson (inventor of the HydraMaster RX-20 carpet cleaning machine). The Rotovac was introduced at the 1996 Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR) national trade show in New Orleans.
