Pro One Janitorial is also available for franchise opportunities. For an initial franchise fee, it provides franchisees with training, basic supply setup and equipment. It started in 1989 when our founder, Dean Race, saw an opportunity to provide higher quality service than he was receiving from his current janitorial service provider. Over the next twenty plus years, Dean would hone his business into one of the leading cleaning companies in all of WI.
