We currently serve over 185,000 residential customers and 3500 commercial customers in York, Lancaster, Cumberland & Dauphin Counties. Our company was founded in 2000. With over 30 years of experience in the waste industry, our owner and president, Scott Wagner, strives to ensure the company's strength in customer satisfaction.\n\nPenn Waste services local municipalities, their residents and the needs of commercial clients. We not only provide trash and recycling collection services but also offer a wide range of other clean up and collection services. We also operate a state of the art single-stream recycling facility. Penn Waste is locally owned and operated by York native and President of Penn Waste, Scott Wagner.
