Peasley Transfer & Storage began operation in 1890. In the 120 years since the company was started, there have only been 3 owners. The current owner, Emmet Herndon, joined the firm in 1945 after serving in World War II. Peasley became an agent for Allied Van Lines in 1929. The company has been at its current location since 1962, and has won numerous moving industry related awards. Peasley is strongly active in the community and supports local charities such as The United Way, Boise Rescue Mission, Junior Achievement of Idaho, and many other organizations. We also contribute to the Boise State University Athletic Program. Peasley Transfer & Storage, a proud division of Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage, began operation in 1890. Emmet, a World War II B-24 Navigator and Williams College graduate, served as the President and Chief Executive Officer until December 2015 when Peasley became a division of Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage., , The company became became an agent for Allied Van Lines in 1929 and has operated out of its current location since 1962.
