NorthWest Paintworks LLC. was started by Joe Lugo, prior to the start of this company Joe attended Sprague High School in Salem Oregon where he wrestled for four years and painted in the summers. then later attended Western Oregon University in hopes of becoming a first generation graduate from his family. Joe did this by completing his dual bachelors degrees in economics and business administration all in only 3 short years.\n\nDuring the summer Joe would continue to paint homes for family friends and do handyman work on the side in order for him to continue to go to WOU. As Joe got closer to graduating he knew he wanted to build something of his own that could support his family and be handed over to his children some day.
