Here at Neatly Does It, we specialize in dry carpet and floor cleaning. We understand the importance of clean carpet and flooring; however, many are unaware of the risk and/or danger that come along with the traditional, truck mount cleaning process (wet extraction). Our process is simple yet unique. Using HOST sponges, the cleaning agent is a soft, organic, chemical free product which contains all the necessary liquid needed to dissolve and absorb both water based and oil based dirt. Because HOST is a low moisture cleaning system, once we are finished cleaning the carpet; it is completely dry. Most wet cleaning methods easily dissolve dirt and spots; however, once dissolved the dirt can then sink to the base of the carpet fibers and may reappear.This process is called capillary action. This is why some spots seem to reappear after wet cleaning. Chemicals used along with detergent residue can also cause the carpet to resoil quicker.
