After a successful first year in the carpet cleaning industry; The Ritchie's goal was to focus on expanding the carpet cleaning service. So they bought into Valley Steam Carpet Clean in 1996, Many changes have occurred over the years and well we have now chosen to keep the name Mr. Steam.. The company, which had been established in 1976, already had a solid reputation and clientele. The Ritchie's brought a service level that surpassed the client's expectations; earning the company a golden reputation.
