Mr. Maid is a small commercial and house cleaning service Pittsburgh Pa. based company managed by my wife Steffanie and myself. The business was started after I lost my job working for a large university as a Systems Analyst for 16 years. I lost my job due to downsizing. My prior background as a machinist proved to be very unstable as lay-offs were the norm back then. I never expected to be in business but being laid off was what propelled me into this exciting journey. Steffanie came on board in 2011, after working in data entry for several companies. We have both grown in many ways. We love our staff and give them much of the credit for where the company is today. Mr. Maid is owned by Almighty God, Himself, we just manage it for Him for the time being.
