Mary Jo Dean founded Maid Brite in 1988. Starting out as a one-woman show, Maid Brite has grown to a small company employing 15-20 full and part time workers, and servicing over 200 homes in the eastern Cleveland suburbs. \n\nMaid Brite employees are dedicated workers who demonstrate a commitment to quality work and customer service. We recruit employees who have a strong work history, are energetic, and are willing to be trained in the Maid Brite professional cleaning system.\n\nWe screen all applicants carefully. Our process includes interviewing, previous employment verification, criminal background checks, and close monitoring during their training period. This process has been very effective in creating a high level of integrity in our staff.\n\nTo retain and encourage our employees, we offer health insurance, a retirement plan, uniforms, paid vacation, a bonus program and we pay into the Workers Compensation insurance fund.
