We are a local family business dedicated to bringing you the best in vacuum and cleaning solutions. We've been in business over 40 years and specialize in Central Vacuum systems and traditional vacuums! Vacuflo, Beam, Nutone, Vacumaid, Elements, Dirt Devil, Miele, Simplicity, Riccar, Sebo, Hoover, Kirby, Dyson The Kirkwood family entered the vacuum business in 1969. Ron Kirkwood opened a direct sales office in Florence, Ky. that started in door-to-door sales, with a service department in-house. The business quickly evolved into a retail sales and service store, with the door-to-door sales disappearing.\n\nToday, brothers, Mark Kirkwood and Bob Kirkwood operate a total of eight stores in Ohio and Kentucky under the Kirkwood's Sweeper Shop banner. The Ohio and Kentucky stores are still separately owned and operated, but the same great products and services are available at all locations.
