A few years later, she became the only financial provider at home and knew she had to expand her business. After a few courses in Small Business Administration, Integrity Home Cleaning Services became incorporated as a C-corporation in 1996 and Beatriz was able to hire 2 more employees. \nMs. Benitos continued her advanced training in business with UCM Microenterprises and in 2002, Integrity became a member of Better Business Bureau with an A+ consumer rating followed by the High Quality Provider Award from the Consumer Check Book Report Magazine. Both stellar ratings are still upheld by the company to this day. \nIn 2006, Beatriz learned about the FastTrac Training program given at the Women's Business Center and immediately enrolled to continue enhancing her business practices.
