High Maintenance was established in 2011 by Christopher Hitchcock the current President. He worked for quite a few different janitorial service companies in the metro and became fed up by some of their flawed practices. He decided it was best to take the acquired experience and learn from others' mistakes by creating a company dedicated to getting the job done correctly the first time and putting the client first.
