Rick previously was an IT professional for 27 years and always wanted to start his own business. Rick had his own dryer vent issues before starting this business and had to have his dryer repaired several times before the appliance technician pointed out that he needed proper dryer venting. Plus the plastic line that he had was flammable in case there were to be a dryer fire. Rick liked the unique concept of specializing in dryer vent work as there is no other company that specializes in this area in central Ohio. Many homeowners do not realize the importance and safety issues related to dryer vents.
