Doug's Rug Care can safely and thoroughly hand wash and repair any oriental or fine area rug at our state-of-the-art facility in Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania and we offer pick-up and delivery throughout Central Pennsylvania, including State College, Lock Haven and Lewiston. As the owner and operator of Clean Sweep Professional Cleaning Services for over 20 years, Doug Moerschbacher began to notice an increasing demand from his customers for a qualified rug washer for their priceless oriental rugs. \n\nKnowing that oriental rugs require special care, Doug began to learn everything he could about their care, provenance and value, and he soon fell in love with these masterpieces of textile artistry.\n\nHe quickly realized the need for a technologically advanced rug care facility in Central Pennsylvania and began investing in the specialized equipment and training.
