We have some of the best rates in town.Colonial west security storage.we are self storage facility with 24 hour video surveillance and resident management. we have 376 storage units of various sizes.Also 35 parking spaces underneath the steel carport. size is 10 x 20 but the maximum length we allow from bumper to the tongue is 24 feet. We have new LED lighting around the complex.Gate hours are 7am to 7pm but,you have to have a gate code issued to you.We have video cameras in hi DEF with monitor in the office. We’re open seven days a week office hours from 8 to 5 ..usually lunchtime between noon and one o’clock.
