Or you can be fined and or closed for not taking care of this on a regular schedule.\nAll vent hoods should have sticker from cleaning company to show date of last cleaning and next cleaning date, if this date is expired you can be fined by the city or state.\n\n* Grill vent hoods & roof exhaust fans that are not clean from grease are considered to be a fire hazard for building and employee safety.
