The moving part of this business started when we were managers at a storage facility and we kept having our Uhaul and Storage customers come to us with horrible situations like drunk movers, or theft, or late and unprofessional. They would ask us for a solution and I would grab my two sons' and go help them move. After about 10 times we decided there was opportunity with this and have never looked back!
