Large Gated Storage units, updated OFFICE buildings custom suited to clients needs from 3,000' to 10,000'. The offices vary from 700' to 2,400' with warehouse/shop area to 10,000'all have concrete drives. The gated storage units are from 750' to 3,000'with 12'x14' overhead doors and 3' entry door. With camera's, after hours entry inside gated area with outside parking also available. We started the building in Longview in 2002 and added storage in 2004. In 2014 we building the larger building with 10 ton crane capability on Ritter Drive in Carthage, TX. Currently starting construction on commercial retail business site in Longview, Tx.
