We specialize in small office space on a month to month basis with no long term contracts. We can offer storage and office space solutions in one convenient location. The main building was an old movie theater, renovated into climate controlled storage units. A second building was added in 2007 and is part climate controlled storage and part small office space for rent. 2 more buildings were completed in 2010 and are strictly month to month office spaces. Our offices range from $549 to $999 and from 360 to 600 square feet. Our office space is rented on a month to month basis, with no security deposit and all utilities included.
