to whom it may concern this review for one star is from 2011. We sold over 400 groupons. We had 5 complaints and this is one of them. Yelp keeps deleting all of my reviews from my current clients and I am not sure why. We come with stellar references and impeccable service. We tried to please everyone going back sometimes 3 times on this particular one. Some people you just cant please because God knows we try! We have cleaned for some of the largest commercial companies in Louisville. We ran a Groupon, biggest mistake of our life.....people were really mean ....as hard as we tried we could never please them. That is when we moved more towards the commercial end of cleaning
