At Alluvial Mini Storage we make renting storage space simple, cost-effective and convenient. Our rates are competitive and we have no hidden surcharges of any kind! Additional discounts are offered for paying quarterly or annually. We are open 7 days a week, with the exception of major holidays and or on-site management team is friendly and professional. Our available spaces range from 25 to 400 square feet and our stucco buildings with insulated roofing provide a cooler environment for your belongings than the typical metal building found at the local mini storage. Changed ownership in 1992. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals.
