I pay attention to details and strive for quality. I've been doing rental property maintenance and handyman services for over 20 years, and have just relocated to Marin County and am searching for new clients. I am available for jobs anywhere in Marin County only at this time. Services include interior and exterior clean-up (no hauling), yard work (not routine services), pressure washing, interior painting, and most basic household duties such as repairs, changing locks, installing hardware, new furniture assembly, mounting shelves and curtain rods, light electrical, plumbing and toilet installation, and so much more. *Note: I am a general handyman, and not a licensed contractor.
