A Production Carpet Care and Property Restoration specializes in carpet, upholstery, area rug and drapery cleaning. In addition to these services we provide 24 Emergency Water Damage Restoration Services that are caused by broken pipes, sump pump failures, broken water heaters, toilet and sewer backups, and other unforseen water emergencies. The business began as a vision of our owner Anita Bycraft who wanted to provide her clients with the best cleaning service possible. She started by cleaning homes and later move into nightly janitorial services for Washtenaw County businesses. The construction boom of the 1990's provided an opportunity to clean high end construction homes prior to owner occupancy. A Production Cleaning Company washed the windows and shined the home to an exceptional quality for homeowner move in. \nWhile the construction cleaning was booming, Anita Bycraft also expanded her janitorial cleaning company to include many of the large businesses in Southeast Michigan. She found that her clients wanted even more services and in 1997 began A Production Carpet Care to service her janitorial clients and homeowners in the area. \nThat part of the business began to grow as well and in 2000 A Production added 24 Hour Emergency Service for water damages.
