Zippboxx is a full service moving and on demand storage company. Sit back, relax and leave the logistics & heavy lifting to the professionals. Zippboxx began out of necessity really. In 2014, my family and I had to abruptly move out of our two-bedroom apartment located on long Island, NY after we discovered mold growing in a crawl space underneath our apartment. To get out fast we had to settle on a place the was much smaller, knowing a lot of our stuff would not fit we needed to rent a storage unit. Moving day was here and it was time to rent a truck. Easy, right? Nope, not a single truck was available in my neighborhood. It took 6 hours to pack the truck, and by time we arrived at the self-storage facility, it had closed. After finally getting settled, I had to constantly drive back and forth to the storage unit to access my stuff. I couldn't help but think there had to be a better way.
