In 2001, at the age of 14 my parents began their own service called HYSSOP Janitorial Service. I had the opportunity to experience first-hand what it requires to operate a successful business, let alone maid service. Getting my hands dirty was not the only ability I gained through my training. I was also able to learn the business from a management and customers perspective. Studying my mother specifically, I understood that this market demands exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Within 5 years I was able to witness their company grow tremendously. Into what became Blue Waters Home & Office Cleaning, that acquired 15 employees and over 60 houses on a regular biweekly schedule. Although I have held multiple customer service positions along with other opportunities to exercise my entrepreneur ability.
