We are a family owned and operated moving company that offers every type of moving service that fits your needs and budget. Wherley Moving was founded in York County in 1920 by J.D. Leonard. It operated under the name J.D. Leonard Moving and Storage until 1978 when the name was changed to Leonard-Wherley Moving Systems to reflect the transition within the family to another generation of movers. Now the name is Wherley Generations, Inc. to reflect the past, present and future generations of family members that operated our business. Currently the fourth generation is working to provide the best moving services possible.
