Located on 2 acres in Richardson's Telecom Corridor, the property originally featured one acre of mini-storage space and one acre of outside parking storage., , Due to the consistently full occupancy status and waiting lists, in 1989 the back acre was converted from parking storage to inside storage. This move resulted in the addition of 142 new indoor storage units. Wee Willie has remained a family venture since the beginning, employing both children and grandchildren in the operation.
