Move-out and move-in cleanings were routine. He launched a house cleaning business originally called Marina Maid Service. Later it grew to what is now We Clean America for the last twenty-five years. \n\nMr. Shaw unhappy with surcharges attached to cleaning-- oven $5, $10 for the fridge, windows off the chart figured if he did not like it, many others resented these practices as well. Proof came later when after expanding operations into 120 zip codes, the entire industry followed changing its practice to follow his lead. \
