We are here to serve the needs of local Business and Industry by providing high bay heights, high-power (480v), all steel structures and a secured yard that are well suited to manufacturing, processing and warehousing. In addition, our property has a separate secured yard that provides monthly storage services for RV, boats, trailers and most other "big boy toys" that any local enthusiast might need. UBPS is located near by at least half-dozen boat launches, state parks, RV parks and even multiple Casino's so fun is never far away.
