Two Marines Moving (TMM), a moving company that almost exclusively hires Active Duty service members, Veterans, First Responders, and Military Dependents was founded on November 10th, 2008; the same day as the Marine Corps was founded in 1775. Mr. Baucom made it a priority to hire, develop, and gainfully employ Veterans when most would have turned them away. TMM currently employs well over 120 Veterans and Active Duty service members from all branches of the Military and over the course of the company's existence, TMM has employed over 1,000 Veterans.
