Instead of cutting his losses and choosing to search for new employment, John created The Jonnzz Advantage with the help of his supportive family and friends., , John prides himself on being able to handle any job that is thrown at him. He trains his men in a way that makes them flexible to ever changing situations, no matter what it may be.
