A common standard is to spray chemicals that tend to kill grass & intoxicate the atmosphere with harmful fumes that stick onto the concrete even after completion.\nThis could be very harmful for clients w/ respiratory issues or pets that love to be outside which is why no toxic chemicals are used in my process. It all started when I began working with my father in efforts to reduce his physical exertion. Now although he worked in General Construction, pressure washing seemed to pop up quite as often as well. This is one of the few trades I've come to highly enjoy & seek out to do to this day.
