I refuse to fall short of 100% customer satisfaction for that very reason.\n\nBased in Springfield Illinois and serving the surrounding counties of Sangamon, Menard, Logan, Morgan and parts of Cass and Christian, we take care of property clean-out i.e. vacated properties, estates, cluttered garages, basements, etc. We also do deep cleaning of vacated properties and new construction to get them ready to show to potential tenants and buyers. For Springfield properties we also offer property preservation. If your property is sitting vacant and you want it preserved to make the best impression on that drive-by future tenant; we will do periodic checkups to assure that the property is in order. Also for the Springfield area we do hauling.
