TeamToopet.com is a concierge real estate group licensed in the state of Maryland under Taylor Properties. We are experts in the rental market providing real estate services, property management, professional cleaning services and moving help to both home seekers and home owners. Our goal is to ensure that our clients are comfortable and stress-free as they move from one phase in life to the next. TeamToopet.com began as a small boutique real estate group catering to renters who found it impossible to find suitable housing. We have built our reputation by doing what many thought was impossible and handing over keys to 100+ families with extenuating circumstances in the Baltimore/DC Metropolitan area. Since then, TeamToopet.com has branched out to providing listing services and property management to home owners and cleaning services and moving help to the general public. Our goal is to continue to build our real estate network and to expand our property management brand so that one day, we can build, own and manage apartment buildings.
