Residentail and some commercial team cleaning services My dad, Dave Torres Sr., had spent many years managing in fine dining restaurants; my uncle, Louis Martinez, spent time cleaning and working in the foundry and janitorial industries. They both shared the same passion about having a clean home and after many years of hard work, they explored the idea of having a business of their own. In 1987 they decided to try and start a cleaning service. They began by passing out flyers and doing what they could to generate business for themselves. The business slowly progressed and in 1989, they purchased their L.L.C. for T&M Cleaning Services. Six years later, my dad bought out my uncle's half of the company. Growing up I watched my dad work hard on his own to grow the business, a business I eagerly joined by the age of 13 whenever I had breaks from school.
