As part of the acquisition, AirCare hired NEBR’s team of insurance repair and reconstruction experts, and took over all of NEBR’s existing key accounts and projects.\n\nImmediately after the completion of the asset acquisition, AirCare formed the Company,“SynergyOne Solutions, Inc.”, and created the AirCare Division and the NEBR Division.
