Steve Swan started Swan's Clean Care & Restoration in 1973 with the help of master cleaning technician Dave MacDonald who retired in 2012. \n \nAngie & Dale Bartel purchased Swan's Clean Care & Restoration in July of 2005. Dale, an employee of Swan's since 1994, is a master cleaning technician and restorer. Swan's was the first carpet cleaning company to service Whatcom County \n \nNo major changes have been made to Swan's since the Bartels took over ownership.
