Experienced, efficient, & reliable, I will help organize your garage, closets, or home, help you get rid of unwanted or broken items, and/or professionally clean. Any unwanted items such as clothing, shoes, canned goods, & toiletries, I donate to a local church or organization, where they give the less fortunate & homeless those items for free, rather than charge for them. I’m also semi handy and can do minor repairs around your home, such as patch small holes in drywall, retexture knockdown, paint, help hang pictures, change door knobs, outlets, minor things of that nature. While doing a clean out, declutter & organizing job, I’d prefer you be home, as I’m sure you would as well. Same goes for any type of cleaning or minor handy work I would be performing, however, this would entirely be up to you. I do provide all cleaning supplies, vacuum & steam cleaner, tools, dolly & painting supplies, excluding the paint. There are no start up fees for cleaning if your place has been maintained, however if a deep cleaning is necessary, a start up fee would be required, depending on condition and size of your home. Since I provide all supplies, I typically charge $18 per hour. I also have an experienced and reliable helper I could bring along to get the job done in half the time.
