Randy started with portable equipment. As soon as he could he began taking certification courses through the IICRC, eventually reaching Master Cleaner & Water Restorer level. \n\nIn 2004, Shaun (Randy’s son) joined Superior and obtained the same level of certification and began helping build the residential side of the company. \n\nRandy became qualified to teach the IICRC courses and moved to upstate New York. Shaun purchased the company from Randy in 2014.
