We are a family owned, single location small business with a large inventory of indoor units. Carts and elevator handy for customers to load and unload, and trucks available for use for a reasonable fee. We pride ourselves on having the lowest prices and best value in the area, and being straightforward with all our policies and fees, which are designed to make it easier for the average customer to make use of our services. The owner of the business saw a need back in 2005 for a more affordable and easy-to-access self-storage facility for the folks in the neighborhood. Many of the other facilities around had prices, fees and policies which made it difficult for the average resident in the area to be able to access or afford self storage. He and his wife sought out education from experts both local and through national programs to learn how best to design and operate this type of facility, then they followed through by obtaining the materials and labor to outfit an unused part of a well-built indoor warehouse with a number of lockers, which grew over time into the facility as it now exists, including a large area of indoor parking/docks as well.
