From commercial window washing to first time home cleanings and everything in between, Sparkle & Shine is just a call away for a free estimate. The business started as branch from Frank Lumpkin's Janitorial Services, which was a staple in the Bucks County area for over 45 years. \n\nDennis saw a need for services in the South Jersey area and brought family ideas, service and friendliness down to Vineland, NJ in 1998.
