I'm A Very Picky Kind Of Cleaner. I'm Really Good At Paying Attention To The Small Details Also When Doing A Deep Cleanings. I've Been Told That I Was Good Doing Grout & Tile. I've Also Been Told By A Few People That I Was The Best Cleaner They've Ever Had A Cleaning Job Done By. I Clean My Client's Properties As If I'm Cleaning My Own And How I Would Want It Done. When Doing A Heavy Duty/Deep Cleaning I Clean All Surfaces, Cabinet's (Inside & Outside If Empty), Baseboards, Doors, Door Frames, Windowsills, Wondow AC Units & Ceiling Fans. When Doing A Lite Duty/Basic Cleaning I Don't Do As In Depth As The Deep Cleaning But It's Still A Good Cleaning. The Appliances, Windows, Walls & Ceilings Are All A Seperate Charge. The Appliances Are $50 Per Appliance. The Windows Are $5 Per Window. The Walls Are An Extra $50. And The Ceilings Are An Extra $50. I Also Do Laundry With Supplies Provided (Wash, Dry, Fold And/Or Iron & HangUp) & Carpet Cleaning (With Supplies Provided). The Rate On The Landry Is Based On What Exactly Is Requested To Be Done & The Amount That Is Getting Done. The Carpet Cleaning Is Roughly $50-$75 Per Room. I Do Usually Try To Check With My Clients To Be Sure They Are Happy & Satisfied With The Services That Was Provided By My Company. I Like To Just Be Sure I'm Leaving My Clients Happy That They Called My Company For Services & That They Would For Sure Call Me Back If Ever Needing These Services Again. I Do Have Some Experience In This Field Due To Working With A Friend (Both Residential & Commercial), At My Own Home Or Aquatences Paying Me To Come Clean For Them. I Am A Very Picky, OCD Type Cleaner (Everything Has It's Own Place LOL).
