We have been serving Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties for over 20 years!\n\nWe take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service with a superior cleaning experience. More importantly, we ENJOY what we do and look forward to the continuity of our relationship with each and every client we serve!\n\nSame day appointments are available for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pet odor removals, carpet repairs and restretching, tile and grout cleaning.\n\nUpon arrival, we inspect the carpets with the customer and discuss any problem areas or concerns they may have, also noting any additional services that may be needed or desired, such as pet odor treatment, or that a spot, soil and stain resistant spray be applied to carpets after the cleaning.\n\nWe begin the cleaning process on most carpets by spraying a bio degradable pre-conditioning agent on the carpets first aka pre-spray or pre-spotting, to aid in the removal of oils, grease and other general soiling of the carpet. The carpet pre-spray is allowed to impermeate for a short period, then rinsed with residue limiting product along with over 180 degree water, leaving the carpet as residue- free as possible. The cleaned carpet will also be soft and supple, not hard and crunchy, which can come from too much soap.\n\nOur technicians are trained and IICRC certified. We have the knowledge and years of experience to get the job done right! This family owned and operated business started in 1995 in Sonoma County. Our original location was in Sebastopol until 2004, when we moved to Santa Rosa. The founder of the company grew up in Sonoma County, raised his family here and his wife was involved in marketing the business to allow her a stay at home while raising their family of 5. Chris Larson started working for the company in 2000 and made a lifetime friendship with the founders of this company.
