In 2002 Mr. Nipper was tasked with rebranding the Culligan Franchise, by the owner, to create the Company Pure Water Systems of Santa Barbara. In 2004 Matilija Bottled Water was purchased and Mr. Nipper, along with his wife Lori Zahn, spent the next several years rebuilding and rebranding both companies and merging them in the single company Matilija Pure Water. After 21 years working for an owner, in 2013 it became evident that it was time for Mr. Nipper to work for himself...
