Sibco Ltd Parking and Storage provides parking and self-storage options for people in the Beavercreek, Kettering, Xenia, Fairborn, Bellbrook, Centerville and Dayton area ranging from outdoor parking on a gravel lot to indoor parking on concrete floors for cars, trailers, boats, 5th wheel campers and recreational vehicles to standard and temperature controlled self storage units for both business and personal items. Property features on site management, security lighting, wide lanes between buildings, security gates with Senitnel access control and 24 hour access available. We sell tenant insurance and offer a move in special for our self storage customers. We offer all of our customers 12 months rental for the cost of 11 months when paid in advance SIBCO Limited started into the parking and self storage business by building one garage to store concrete pumps, cranes and gravel shooter trucks owned by Phillips Companies, a Beavercreek, Ohio construction materials and services business. There was some extra space in the 12,000 SF building, that was offered for rent to the public, the rest is history. Since that first garage we have built 6 more 12,000 SF garages to park boats, RV's, trucks, trailers and a 6000 SF building with smaller spaces for cars and personal property self storage. We have also constructed a 200 space parking area that allows for the outdoor parking of anything from a motorcycle to a 80' semi tractor trailer. We are currently in the process of building 21,000 SF of climate controlled and standard self storage space.that will b ready for the Spring of 2017.
