Here at Ship Shape, we are two sisters: Courtney & Crystal.\n\nWe grew up helping our parents at their rental properties, doing cleaning and light construction. We were the kids who would make games out of nothing. We knew hard work and the value of it, but we never missed a chance to have fun. Smiles and laughter have always been our key to success.\n\nWe ended up working for the same cleaning company while in college. Being at each job made us feel like we were kids again. We loved getting to know our clients and their families, and we took pride in our efforts to go above and beyond their expectations. We broke away to start our own company because we knew there was so much more we could do.
