SERVPRO of Gainesville West/Alachua County West began offering restoration services in 2007. The company was started by Mark and Rebecca Raymond. Mark had previously done marketing and had been a general manager for a SERVPRO in Jacksonville, and decided with the help of his wife, and son, Jason, to buy his own franchise in the Gainesville area.
